Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in a Salesforce environment .

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and / or Experience Cloud .

Proven ability to create user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration , including reports, dashboards, and custom objects.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments .
