Key Responsibilities
1.Talent Acquisition & Team Building
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US roles (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
2.Labor Law Compliance
Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations.Oversee I-9, E-Verify, and payroll compliance.3.Employee Relations & Policies
Resolve workplace conflicts and conduct investigations when needed.Draft and update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.Requirements
5+ years in HR management, with expertise in recruitment and labor law.Deep understanding of federal / state employment laws.Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to design scalable HR processes for startups / scale-ups.Experience in [Health and Wellness,Manufacturing,E-Commerce].Familiarity with global hiring
