Property Analyst Manager (Level 5) Location : Marietta GA

What You Will Be Doing

The Property Analyst Manager (Level 5) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management at our Marietta, GA site. This role ensures that company, customer, and U.S. Government property is managed effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. The manager will lead a team of professionals, provide guidance on complex regulatory requirements, and partner with internal stakeholders, customers, subcontractors, and federal agencies to ensure operational excellence. This is a high-visibility leadership position offering the opportunity to influence policy, drive process improvements, and play a critical role in safeguarding and maximizing the value of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, including recruitment, training, performance assessments, and recognition.
  • Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and property management principles to the acquisition, use, and disposition of assets.
  • Ensure compliance of property management business systems and processes for both domestic and international operations.
  • Oversee and manage internal and external property assessments; analyze results to support financial and operational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on contracts, regulations, and policies related to property lifecycle management.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement property management policies that align with company and customer objectives.
  • Prepare reports on property-related matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, and facility utilization.
  • Partner with customers, subcontractors, federal oversight agencies, and internal teams to investigate, analyze, and resolve compliance issues.
  • Serve as a resource to train and guide personnel on property management laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • NPMA CPPM, CPPS, or CPPA certification
  • Knowledge of FIAR requirements

  • Audit / Self Assessment experience

    Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedule Information

    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
