Responsibilities :

• Drive Sales : Actively market and sell insurance products to both cold and warm leads, using your knowledge of available products to meet customer needs.
• Relationship Building : Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
• Policy Reviews : Conduct policy reviews with clients, offering recommendations for coverage adjustments and cross-selling other products to meet their evolving needs.
• Issue Resolution : Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve complex issues to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Sales Focus : Utilize your passion for sales to meet and exceed set sales targets and contribute to the agencys growth.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A competitive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales and growth.
• Willingness to Obtain Licenses : You will be supported through the process of obtaining your P&C and Life & Health licenses, which are required for the role.
