Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads : Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads : Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products / services.
- Conduct sales presentations : Present and demonstrate our products / services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships : Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close sales : Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Follow up : Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Report : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attributes :Positive attitude and resilience.
