Responsibilities :

• Manage front desk activities, including handling shipments and receiving incoming goods.
• Coordinate and oversee the ordering and receipt of supplies and materials.
• Submit work orders for maintenance requests
• Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the workspace remains functional and efficient.
• Assist with event setup and logistical preparations when required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of operational support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance and operational processes.
• Comfortable assisting with event coordination and setup as needed.
