This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing TSTC's Workday Student system to strengthen operational efficiency and improve the overall enrollment experience.
The salary range for this position is $64,525- $74,203 annually. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Essential Functions
Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.
Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising.
Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance within Workday.
Respond to and resolve routine Workday Student system issues and service requests.
Help develop user guides and training materials to support Workday Student adoption.
Work with Enrollment stakeholders to understand process needs and assist with system configuration to support those needs.
Required Qualifications
Education, Experience, & Skills
2–3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday. Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to multiple Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. Workday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.
