Admissions Workflow Analyst - Remote

Provides excellent signature service experience to applicants and admitted students to TTU Online to drive strategic enrollment growth. Oversees the end-to-end management of back-end documentation for incoming TTU Online students, ensuring seamless processing with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. Lead in expediting admissions decisions and enabling students to enroll in classes smoothly, prioritizing an outstanding student experience at every stage. Title reserved for the use of TTU Online.

Travel Required : Up to 50%

Major / Essential Functions :

  • Moving New and Returning TTU Online prospective applicants through the backend workflow processes including National Student Clearing House Check, Updating Checklist, Issuing Fast Track Admissions Decisions. 40%
  • Processing all documents incoming transcripts ensuring they are in Salesforce and Xtender. Ready for TTU Online TEO Review. 40%
  • Partner with Lead Workflow Specialist for any additional processing needs to complete student applications. 20%

Work Location : Lubbock

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in admissions desirable. Bilingual in Spanish / English preferred. Customer service experience. Must be able to be approved as a driver for state fleet vehicles.

Pay Statement : Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship software, Salesforce. Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, and proficient use of admissions and recruitment technology. Excellent time management, organization, critical thinking, and efficiency skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Fast paced workflow experience where accuracy is required. Working knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions.

Annualized Pay Range : $34,100 - $54,600

Hourly Pay Range : $16.39 - $26.25
