ERP Specialist
Our ERP Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day entry and maintenance of MCPP, OPCO, and PHYC production and inventory transactions to streamline business operations and enhance organizational efficiency, focusing on accuracy and compliance with MD or DC regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of ERP solutions to METRC.
Your role in caring for our company :
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the production and inventory transactions within ERP system for processing environments.
- Ensure accurate inventory between the ERP and state-mandated inventory tracking system.
- Support system users in resolving system errors, bugs, and performance concerns.
- Assisting Fulfillment team in the case of absences or PTO
- Provide end-user support to resolve system-related issues and inquiries.
- Participate in ERP system upgrades, updates, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using the ERP system.
- Work to streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in ERP-related projects, such as system implementations, integrations, or customizations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure ERP system compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce system-related problems.
All other duties as necessary.
Qualifications we ask you to have :
For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.We ask that you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Engineering, or the equivalent number of years in professional roles.We ask that you have a minimum of three (3) years of experience that demonstrates growth and / or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.We ask that you have excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, personal integrity, and business acumen.Addition skills which will help you excel in your role :
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to ERP systems and state regulated tracking software.Experience working with an inventory / production module within an ERP.Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Microsoft Excel)Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Ability to foster collaboration, be a team player, though also independent and self-motivated.Coachable and can take full ownership of personal development, regularly soliciting feedback from teammates including those supervising, colleagues, and supervisor / s.Commitment to high standards and continual improvement.Ability to work at a fast pace in a high production environment!Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to be accountable, transparent, and proactive.A great attitude and curiosity for the overall health of a business.Work Schedule / Location :
