This role is critical to supporting our production goals, supporting a safe culture, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members.
• Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards.
• Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues.
• Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Enforce company and departmental policies consistently.
• Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts).
• Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area. Qualifications :
• Ideally 3–5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $23.90 - $44.40 Per HourDepending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
