Customer Logistics Manager (Warehouse Ops)

We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager (warehouse ops) in Ladson, SC, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Ideal candidate will have three years of leadership experience in a warehousing environment supporting kitting and parts sequencing for the customer. Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Salary : Target range is $68,000 - $70,000 based on experience

Bonus : (weekend spot bonuses)

Schedule : 1st Shift : Monday-Friday : 7 : 00pm 5 : 00 pm. Weekends as needed

The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his / her assigned functional area. Essential Functions

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State / Local / Federal regulations compliance

  • Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer / Company local and Federal regulations advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

    • Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma / GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory / leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer / Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
