We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced Sales department. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in administrative support within the sales industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional social media and Excel skills who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, presentations, and other essential documents using Excel.
• Utilize social media platforms to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy access to critical documents and information.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in planning and organizing sales events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and marketing materials.
