Executive Assistant II
Performs increasingly more sensitive and more complex administrative duties for senior executives at the highest levels of the organization; transcribes, types, maintains records and files, distributes mail; performs telephone reception; welcomes and directs on-site visitors; duplicates and distributes photocopies; routes faxes; revises work assignments at various subordinate levels to enhance administrative support efforts and meet department objectives; participates in the team or group work activities in the office; performs the above duties and responsibilities in a highly complex and confidential environment requiring direct supervision from a senior-level executive, with extensive latitude for utilizing judgment and initiative. Salary range is $67,119 to $83,286.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience 1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or 2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time secretarial or related experience. NOTE : Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
