Local Team Collaboration :
- Join our close-knit team of four physicians and ten CRNAs.
- Our facility operates seven points of service daily, including two OB suites.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.Current licensure as a CRNA in Texas.A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Authorization to work in the United States.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Applications from new and recent graduates are welcome.Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling :
Enjoy a unique schedule rotation with options for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on / 1 week off.Key Responsibilities
Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.Provide support for Level III trauma center cases.Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, OB / GYN, GI / endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.Living and Working in Laredo

Compensation : Guaranteed annual salary ranging from $307k to $461k, depending on your chosen schedule.Benefits :This is a 1099 position; while no traditional benefits are offered, malpractice coverage is fully provided by Sound, including tail coverage.
