A company is looking for a Mortgage Resolution Analyst III (Assumptions Focused Underwriter).
Key Responsibilities
Examine, evaluate, and pre-qualify loan assumption requests
Review loss assumption packages for deficiencies and communicate requirements to borrowers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for underwriting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in loan originations processing or underwriting, specifically with loan assumptions
Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA loan assumption guidelines
In-depth knowledge of loan assumption strategies and regulatory requirements
Highly organized and results-driven
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
