Sales Support Representative (Retail Products)
Location : South Charlotte
Reports To : Sales Manager
Base Salary : 35,000 to 35,500 / year plus commission
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist our retail sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. This role supports both the internal sales team and retail partners to help drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with order entry, invoicing, and product tracking
- Communicate with retail partners regarding inventory, shipments, and product availability
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales systems
- Prepare sales reports, product sheets, and promotional materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
