Actual salaries will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, market competition, and / or the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Competencies Desired
Ability to work successfully within a virtual team supporting an operation for off-site print production and customer-specific catalog management processes. Ability to listen, understand & communicate with customers and team effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize, and work to schedule delivery of output. Good customer service, email etiquette and communication skills. Computer skills with high attention to detail and excellent visual acuity and discernment. Have basic knowledge of Postscript, PDF pre-flight and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of digital printing and graphic technologies. Knowledge of imposition / set-up and print file readiness.
General Responsibilities
Operate and administer within a daily workflow inside account web-to-print order systems, supporting customer orders, profiles, tracking, communication, delivery negotiation (i.e. Smartsheet), purchase order management in system. Monitor and respond to Shared team Inboxes, SharePoint sites, and phone support. Enter orders for customers when end-user unable to do so (custom or eLibrary). Provide support in technical design and general layout abilities with (not inclusive) the following software : Adobe In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point), Printshop Mail Program for barcoding and variable data. Follow and operate with account document standardization specifications. Administer the database of document records : launch, update, and obsolete records. Administer the proof library, maintaining parity between database and approved proofs. Maintain docs in electronic repository in multiple systems for literature needed for view or order (key word searches of content or metadata). FTE Site Navigation (web-to-print order systems, customer provided). Customer and Xerox Shared Drive navigation. Convert author PDF files into print-ready imposed files using Xerox software, Pitstop and vendor web-to-print modules. Pull and send customer Invoices from web-to-print portal. Assist with customer service requests as needed. Provide off-site support to cover La Crosse mailroom (shipping and mail experience not necessary, but preferred).
