  • Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line for client support.
  • Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • You’ll be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from your home office.
  • Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns Build strong relationships with clients through high-quality customer service Maintain and organize client documentation using our digital tools Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with prospective and existing clients Meet personal and team-based performance goals Ideal Candidate Profile No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent (college students / grads welcome) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
