Baylor Scott & White Medical Center College Station is home to the only state-designated Level III NICU in the Brazos Valley, ensuring specialized care close to home. Their Women and Children Services offer advanced obstetrical care in a warm and supportive environment. The hospital follows a Couplet Care model, allowing mothers and babies to stay together after delivery to promote bonding and confidence. It has also earned the Texas Ten Step designation for its commitment to improving infant health and encouraging breastfeeding. With these services, the hospital provides comprehensive and family-centered maternity and neonatal care. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center College Station has around 1700 annual deliveries.

This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB / GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
