What You'll Be Doing
Manage a diverse caseload of family-based immigration matters, including :Adjustment of Status (AOS)I-130 PetitionsWaivers (I-601, I-601A)U VisasDS-260 Consular ProcessingAffirmative AsylumVAWAI-129F fiance visaRepresent clients in USCIS interviews and immigration court proceedingsConduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and legal correspondenceMaintain direct client communication and provide strategic legal counselSupervise and mentor a paralegal and / or legal assistantCollaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and automate workflowsUtilize Docketwise and Monday.com for case and task managementStrong organizational skills, implementing workflow, and process improvementUtilize approved AI tools for preparing the case packetWhat We're Looking For
Experience : 3–5 years of experience in family-based immigration lawEducation : J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in any U.S. stateSkills : Strong research, case strategy, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with USCIS forms and petitions is essentialTech-Savvy : Experience with Docketwise and Monday.com is a plus. Willingness to contribute to process improvement and automation is expectedLeadership : Ability to supervise support staff and work independently while collaborating with the legal team and CEOClient-Focused : A genuine commitment to immigration law and a desire to help clients overcome complex legal challengesLanguage : Spanish fluency is preferredCompensation and Benefits
