What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family-based immigration matters, including :
  • Adjustment of Status (AOS)
  • I-130 Petitions
  • Waivers (I-601, I-601A)
  • U Visas
  • DS-260 Consular Processing
  • Affirmative Asylum
  • VAWA
  • I-129F fiance visa
  • Represent clients in USCIS interviews and immigration court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
  • Maintain direct client communication and provide strategic legal counsel
  • Supervise and mentor a paralegal and / or legal assistant
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and automate workflows
  • Utilize Docketwise and Monday.com for case and task management
  • Strong organizational skills, implementing workflow, and process improvement
  • Utilize approved AI tools for preparing the case packet

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience : 3–5 years of experience in family-based immigration law
  • Education : J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in any U.S. state
  • Skills : Strong research, case strategy, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with USCIS forms and petitions is essential
  • Tech-Savvy : Experience with Docketwise and Monday.com is a plus. Willingness to contribute to process improvement and automation is expected
  • Leadership : Ability to supervise support staff and work independently while collaborating with the legal team and CEO
  • Client-Focused : A genuine commitment to immigration law and a desire to help clients overcome complex legal challenges
  • Language : Spanish fluency is preferred

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • $80,000.00 annual salary
  • Salary and bonus review after 6 months
  • Yearly bonus (firm performance-based)
