Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Type : Full-Time, Direct-Hire

Location : Marlborough, MA

Salary Range : $80k–$95k (Plus Productivity Bonuses)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our client’s outpatient clinic. This role offers one-on-one patient care, 40-minute visits, and a supportive team environment. Ideal for clinicians passionate about evidence-based therapy and delivering personalized care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments (no techs / aides).
  • Provide specialized therapy in areas including spine, TMJ, pelvic floor, sports, joint replacement, and post-operative rehab.
  • Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Document progress accurately and maintain treatment records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for providing personalized patient care.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $80k–$95k
  • Bonus : Productivity bonuses (avg $2–3k / year)
  • Raises : Annual review, avg 2–3% increase
  • CEU Reimbursement : Up to $1,500 / year
