Position Highlights :

• 2+ years of litigation experience required; California or Arizona employment law experience is a plus
• Focus on single-plaintiff and class action employment defense , including wage & hour, PAGA , and more
• Work alongside seasoned Partners with active mentorship and rapid advancement opportunities
• Flexible hybrid schedule available — some attorneys work fully remote across the state
• Billable target ~1700 , with potential flexibility to set your own annual goals
