Job Summary :

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, managing staff, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining a safe working environment. They will ensure products are made according to quality standards and that all records and procedures are followed.

Monday to Friday from 10pm to 5 : 45am

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and assign tasks to manufacturing staff.
• Monitor and oversee production activities, including blending, coating, and tablet manufacturing.
• Review and ensure batch records and work plans are completed correctly.
• Ensure materials and products flow on time.
• Write reports and follow company policies and procedures.
• Enforce safety and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure clean and safe working areas.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Help maintain production schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Work with other teams like procurement and maintenance to meet production goals.
• Report on production and quality issues and work to solve them.
• Keep costs in mind and improve efficiency where possible.
• Perform other duties as needed.
