Pay Information

$250 to $260 per hour

About The Position

A top-tier medical center in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist for a Locum to Perm position. This is an exciting chance to start as a locum and transition into a permanent role with a strong, established team.

🏥 Job Responsibilities

Provide both inpatient & clinic coverage

Work a Monday–Friday schedule (7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, ~36 hours / week)

Participate in hospital call schedule

Perform all ENT services within the practice

Contribute to teaching opportunities (if interested)

Work with full support staff (1 : 1 physician-nurse ratio, ancillary staff included)

Job Requirements

Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required

Active Iowa License or IMLC eligible – Required

Must be experienced and available full-time

Clean malpractice / background history

On-call : Included in call schedule

Patient volume : ~30+ daily
