Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Caregiver who is responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients. This role offers weekend opportunities with flexibility.

The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will remain empathetic to the clients at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping
• Run errands and assist with shopping
• Provide transportation when needed, e.g., accompany clients to appointments
• Remind clients about medication or assist with medications
• Purchase food; plan and prepare meals with or without assistance from clients
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and general living needs
• Be a pleasant companion by providing conversation and encouragement
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Report any unusual incidents
