Position Overview : KCG Companies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee the business-related aspects of wood-framed residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budget and Cost Management : Maintain accurate project budgets and anticipate future costs to ensure profitability.
• Trade Partner Coordination : Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Project Team Communication : Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, offering solutions to challenges as they arise.
• Schedule Maintenance : Develop and manage project schedules to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Mastery of Contract Documents : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contract documents and project commitments.
• Miscellaneous Buy Out : Procure necessary project resources and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and trade partners.
• Attend Project Meetings : Participate in scheduled project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• On-Site Presence : Visit active job sites regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
