We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our team and help drive improvements across our production environment.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Support Engineer will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and supporting safety and sustainability initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, high-speed packaging environments desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and defect reduction strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
  • Lead and contribute to safety improvement projects and risk assessments
  • Drive sustainability efforts including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental compliance
  • Monitor production metrics and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment (chemical industry preferred)
  • Experience with high-speed production systems and process optimization
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
