Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that will power our next generation of vehicles, platforms, and digital experiences. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Care, as well as other non-tech roles as needed, aligning talent strategies with business goals and workforce needs. Build strong partnerships with HR managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic planning. Leverage market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and support headcount forecasting.

Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience through proactive communication and operational excellence. Participate in HR and business meetings to share recruiting updates, data-driven insights, and align on talent initiatives. Continuously evaluate and enhance sourcing methods, tools, and processes for improved recruiting effectiveness. Educate and advise hiring leaders on market trends, candidate expectations, and onboarding best practices.

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven success partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization. Proven experience using data and analytics to tell a compelling story and inform recruiting strategies. Proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, or SeekOut. Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all levels. Agile, curious, and solutions-orientedcomfortable navigating ambiguity and change. The salary range for this role is $109,000 - $159,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
