COE-ERS Sr Field Evaluation and Compliance Manager (Sanger)

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide business, managerial, and technical direction for Compliance and Training businesses. Expected to be the principal technical resource and to provide business and managerial oversight. Also, the source of teamwork and promotes the concept of the overall team for the company. Responsible for establishing and meeting Compliance and Training sales, orders and profit objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the sales, profit, and quality of the Conformity Business
• Review and sign contracts consistent with Limits of Authority
• Manage and develop the conformity personnel to promote new business
• Hold regular meetings to promote effective communication and review business progress
• Work with staff to develop weekly invoicing and monthly Status Reports
• Communicate with Marketing and IT for necessary updates to quote tool and marketing information pertaining to conformity
• Responsible for the sales, profit, and execution of Training business

Review and update all internal and external training courses

Attend and participate in monthly meetings

The anticipated salary range for this role in the California locality is between $135,960 to $169,950 per year -salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k.
