Must Haves :
- Working knowledge and experience working with, auditing to, and managing systems aligned with AS9100 : 2016, ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 19011 etc.
- Ability to assess risk and suggest changes and update PEARs
- Capable of preparing and following through with audits of all types and scopes.
- Ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication
- MS Office suite of programs
- An understanding of the requirements and ability to conduct quality audits and generate audit reports
- Ability to calculate Corrective Action Board CAB Key Process Metrics, and Charts presentation creation
- 3+ years of industry experience in process auditing focused on AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements in an aerospace and defense environment
- Must be able to obtain / Maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Experience performing internal audits for AS9100 compliance
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in heavily regulated industry is required (Aerospace, Space, Medical and / or Defense industry experience is preferred)

- AS9100 expertise Deep knowledge of QMS structure, internal audits, and corrective actions.
- Internal Audits Experience in leading and managing internal audits. Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
- Problem-solving methodology Proficient in tools like 8D, FMEA, 5-Whys, and Pareto analysis.
- Quality metrics analysis Strong understanding of quality data, trend analysis, and KPI management.
- Communication Effective verbal and written communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Attention to detail Ability to ensure accurate documentation and compliance at all times.

Under general direction from the site Quality leader this position will take a lead role in quality systems coordination, Internal Audit Planning, and QMS Document reviews, updates and migration of Command Media documentation to a SharePoint site.
Responsibilities :
Coordination and Administration of the migration of the QMS Documentation from existing website & backend file shares to the Command Media SharePoint siteInternal audit system management to include CAB supportQMS Document control activities to review, updates and releasesCorrective Action logsQMS related Training record managementSupport maintenance and improvement of the quality system and documentation in support of the siteUpdates & Maintains the Quality Records matrix and organizes quality records for electronic archive and transfer to an off-site source where applicableSupports, reviews and audits purchasing activities for ASL adherence with supplier quality flow down of quality clauses for outside processing orders for compliance to requirementsIdentify internal control issues / exceptions and ensure they are well-defined, root causes analyzed and discussed and agreed with managementInvestigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies of equipmentManages site corrective action logs and schedules weekly meetings to address outstanding corrective actionsInterface and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with personnelInitiate and follow-up on Internal Corrective Action Reports for the audit programMay support the Material Review Board (MRB) as needed for QMS complianceAssist in defect tracking and evaluation process, including trend evaluation to reduce recurrences (as directed by the Q.A.
