Description :

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes managing patients with various emergency conditions, such as trauma, cardiac issues, and respiratory distress.

RNs will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in vital sign monitoring, intravenous therapy, and emergency medications.

The position involves maintaining high standards of patient safety and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to provide comprehensive care.

Availability for every other weekend shifts is required as part of the scheduling.

Weekend coverage includes six shifts in a six-week schedule, specifically Friday and Saturday nights.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills are necessary for effective patient care and team interaction.

Candidates should expect to manage a patient ratio of 4-6 in the emergency department setting.
