Personal & Commercial Lines Support Specialist
The Personal & Commercial Lines Support Specialist at AIM-Keystone is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by assisting the risk advisors and client managers with personal and commercial lines insurance administrative duties professionally, promptly and accurately. You will regularly interact with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow team members while conducting specific service and marketing activities.

Qualifications
Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills and possess excellent math and reading skills to accurately perform simple calculations.Have the ability and tact to handle difficult customer phone calls and solve complex problems without direct supervision.Have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Technology and computer proficiency including our Applied EPIC agency management system.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.Benefits / Perks
