Merchandise Seller

The Merchandise Seller assists guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner with purchasing Reading Royals team and show merchandise at games and events.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00-$11.50 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until November 28, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Helps setup / tear down merchandise stand with other sellers
• Maintains accurate counts when selling merchandise and handling cash.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; friendly, courteous & respectful with patrons, staff and tour representatives.
• Works well under pressure; able to get patrons through lines quickly and efficiently with loud noise from concerts and shows.
• Team player; able to work well with a team of merchandise sellers in a fast-paced environment
