Assistant Director of Nursing RN

Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON / ADNS) for our Worcester, MA location. As the ADON / ADNS, you are the second in command of the nursing department. You will work closely with the DON / DNS to improve the quality of patient care and services provided by your team. In their absence, you will oversee the entire team ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures set by your employer.

Our comprehensive continuum of healthcare services include Post-Acute Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Long-Term and Respite Care. Our facility is staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to every patient’s needs.
