  • Lead preconstruction estimating for commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.

\n

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates , budgets, and bid packages.

    • \n

  • Manage bid processes , including solicitation, review, and analysis of subcontractor and vendor proposals.

    • \n

  • Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and risk assessments for projects.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates.

    • \n

  • Maintain and update historical cost databases and estimating tools.

    • \n

  • Support client presentations and participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.

    • \n

  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the development of estimating best practices.
