Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join the surgical team of one of our trusted healthcare partners in Grants, New Mexico. As an OR Circulator RN, you will be responsible for managing the nursing care of patients during surgery, ensuring patient safety, and assisting the surgical team by maintaining a sterile and organized environment. Responsibilities : \n
- Collaborate with surgical team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care\n
- Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment\n
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures\n
- Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques\n
- Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records\n
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care\n
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies\n
- Qualifications : \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - New Mexico or Compact State License\n
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred\n
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required\n
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred\n
- CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Certification preferred\n
- 1+ year of recent OR Circulating experience required\n
