Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Manager of Operations to oversee the production operations within the NBC News creative production department. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution across scenic design, broadcast graphics, remote production, and other production-related functions. The Senior Manager will support the VP of Operations and serve as a central liaison between editorial, technical, and creative teams, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated, workflows are optimized, and production standards consistently meet the highest levels of broadcast excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership

Help to manage day-to-day operations across scenic, graphics, and remote production units.

Ensure all scenic, graphics, and remote production deliverables meet brand and broadcast standards.

Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.

Lead cross-departmental initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality benchmarks are met.

Salary range : $110,000- $140,000(bonus eligible)
