Your primary role :
Lead full-cycle execution of domestic and global custom market research projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelinesWork closely with the senior team lead to coordinate project deliverables and ensure alignment on objectivesAct as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and goal alignmentDesign research materials (screeners, guides, surveys)Analyze complex HCP and patient data (qual & quant) to extract insightsDevelop and present clear, actionable reports and strategic recommendationsPresent findings to clients alongside the project leadContribute to proposal design and content with senior guidanceOversee and mentor junior team members, identifying training needsDelegate tasks while remaining hands-on to ensure quality deliverablesProvide timely, constructive feedback to team members and stakeholdersAbout You
Your skills and experience :
At least 5 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative custom primary market research projectsExperience in the life sciences sectorStrong client engagement and relationship management skillsProven project supervision skillsAppreciation of marketing / client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issuesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience with advanced analytics, SPSS, SAS, and / or Q is a plusIdeal profile :

Further information
This is a full-time role, working in a hybrid pattern (1-2 days per week in the office) at our fantastic NYC location in Tribeca, featuring state of the art office space which overlooks the Hudson River. The role is also available on a remote work basis for suitable candidates, based on location.
Compensation
$100,000 - $110,000 USD
