Answer phones

Work close with clients and have great follow through

Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Clerical Shift Info

Day Shift, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Monday - Friday

Clerical Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Clerical experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Experience in Bookkeeping

Knowledge of general accounting principles

Inventory

Able to work with little supervision

Experience with QuickBooks is a must

Knowledge in Excel

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US.
