Inspired by the Spanish village saloons where old men play afternoon cards and women converse over sips of Sherry, Tropezon means a stumble or when you trip on something.

For the weary traveller and the lively local, a refreshing escape from the typical; an intersection or sacred geometry where mistakes are excused, and all slippery souls are welcome.

Main Duties :

• Strong classic cocktail knowledge
• Provide the highest level of service at all times and exceed the guests expectations.
• Handle work related problems and resolve them in a positive and professional way
• Has knowledge on how to build and construct cocktails.
• Always provide the highest level of food service
• Properly use bar tools and works in a clean and organized manner.
• Collect payment and operate Breadcrumb POS
• Adhere to licensing guidelines at all times
• Preform opening and closing procedures to company standards
• Oversee that the current bar set-up for bottles and any display are accurately being executed in accordance to standards set by the bar manager.
• Thrive In high volume environments with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Perform physical activities such as lifting, stooping, and moving
• High level product Knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Punctual
• Follows directions
• Perform all duties with no complaints from themselves or their co-workers
