Position Overview :
We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our growing business. This is a key role that will help us maintain our high standards of customer service while supporting our goal of reaching $100k+ monthly revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with field technicians and customers
Handle customer inquiries and scheduling support
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Assist with inventory management and supplier coordination
Support ServiceTitan system operations and data management
Process invoicing and payment tracking
Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
Coordinate with insurance providers and handle claims processing
Support permit applications and inspection scheduling
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with scheduling software preferred
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the trades / construction industry
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
QuickBooks experience
Customer service background
