Security Professional - Flex Financial Desk

As a Security Professional - Flex Financial Desk in Norcross, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming presence while supporting security-related protocols. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with badge procedures, all while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and strong communication skills. Pay Rate : $21.56 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous presence.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
  • Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with location guidelines and Allied Universal standards.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols.
  • Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the front desk area.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
