Our client, a premier AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a driven mid-level Associate Attorney to join its high-performing Debt Finance Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value debt financing transactions for elite private equity sponsors, direct lenders, and financial institutions across a wide range of industries and deal structures.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience representing private equity sponsors , banks , and / or private credit lenders in connection with leveraged finance transactions .
• Deal Experience : Demonstrated expertise in structuring , drafting , and negotiating term and revolving credit facilities for leveraged buyouts , acquisition financings , and corporate growth .
• Documentation : Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating commitment letters , credit agreements , and collateral documents .
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm preferred .
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; experience managing complex workstreams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
