Position summary
Our client is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage asset management operations on a comprehensive roadway maintenance project(s) in Memphis, TN . This role involves planning work, scheduling / managing crews, roadway repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government clients, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth and manage financial performance, with a strong understanding of how operational decisions impact project profitability. A technical background is preferred but not required. Strong leadership in dynamic environments, meticulous organizational skills, and adaptive problem-solving abilities are essential. The role requires building and leading effective teams across office environments and project sites, with a focus on growth, teamwork, and maintaining momentum in changing environments.

Full-time, typically 5 days a week with possible weekend and nighttime work. Must be flexible to respond to emergency weather events and client emergencies.
