Why We Have This Role

This Strategy Realization Office team member will play a critical role in translating Qualtrics strategy into execution as a direct line of support for one the Executives in our Product, UX, Engineering, and Security (PXE) organization. This highly cross-functional role acts as an internal consultant and operational excellence leader to identify and solve critical business problems. As an experienced generalist, you will artfully combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help the function run smoothly, make smarter decisions, and achieve their strategic goals.

• You have exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including taking a problem statement as input, then designing, recommending, and operationalizing a sustainable solution.

• You possess a broad understanding of various business functions - including product development, UX, security, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing - allowing you to effectively advise on strategic decisions.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify and effectively communicate complex ideas / concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You collaborate effectively with others to foster a culture of openness and possess a strong ability to influence without direct authority.

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
