Contractor Safety Advisor

Brunel is currently looking for a Safety Advisor specializing in Corporate Contractor Safety programs and knowledge of ISN. This person provides safety / health support to the site leadership team and the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contractor's organization. In some cases, responsibilities may extend to other Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) issues, status, and metrics.

Responsibilities include :

• Manage ISN and NCMS vendor relationships
• Build productive relationships with business unit and contractor organizations
• Support contractor performance improvement initiatives
• Support development of best practices
• Promote sharing of successful approaches across contractors
• Identify systemic improvement opportunities
• Support contractor performance benchmarking
• Track effectiveness of improvement initiatives
• Support development of performance improvement plans
• Coordinate implementation of improvement recommendations
• Provide continuous improvement expertise and methods
