Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in products (up to 800 calls daily)
Handle and overcome sales objections to transfer potential customers to licensed agents
Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules
Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
