CULTA is currently looking for our next Automated Trim Specialist to join our dedicated Trim team in Cambridge, MD! As an Automated Trim Specialist, you will be responsible for the use, sanitation, and preventative maintenance of automated trim equipment for indoor, outdoor, and headhouse production. This position supports the respective Trim Supervisor and all Trim related functions.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensures equipment is clean and primed for production at the start of the day, between strains, and at the end of the day.
• Maintain daily production logs and report information to the Trim Supervisor.
• Capture start weight and end weight of bucked material and trim generated, harvest specific, strain specific.
• Identify problems as they occur and and work through solutions with the Trim Supervisor and / or manufacturer.
• Ensure no diversion of cannabis material occur and report and incidents of suspicion.
• Adhere to daily packaging schedule to ensure efficiency goals are achieved.
• Keep in communication with Post Harvest leadership regarding daily productivity and necessary maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
