CBP NTC Targeting Intel Analyst

The Homeland Group provides a range of homeland-focused security and law enforcement intelligence support, risk analysis and modeling, and program management services to Federal, state, and local agencies. The Homeland Group is looking for TOP SECRET-cleared Journeyman Targeting Analysts with demonstrated experience supporting CBP's National Targeting Center or similar operations. These Journeyman Targeting Analysts support CBP's efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States.

Candidates Should Have :

• 3-5 years' experience supporting targeting, especially for law enforcement support.
• Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strong preferred.
• Deep familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS / ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and / or UPAX.
• Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis.
• Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies.
• Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir.
• Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred.
