Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is proud to partner with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide exceptional occupational health services. We are seeking a civilian Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on the health and well-being of federal employees in Quantico, VA.

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Act as Program Manager , overseeing the administration and supervision of all contractor-employed staff
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and federal government officials
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations and personnel at both FBI Headquarters and Quantico
  • Oversee orientation and training for new staff members and ensure procedural compliance
  • Provide leadership and direction for all contracted team members
  • Qualifications :

  • Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
  • 5+ years of direct patient care experience required
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
