Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

Location : FBI Headquarters - Quantico, VA

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is proud to partner with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide exceptional occupational health services. We are seeking a civilian Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on the health and well-being of federal employees in Quantico, VA.

Your Core Responsibilities :

Act as Program Manager , overseeing the administration and supervision of all contractor-employed staff

Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and federal government officials

Coordinate and monitor daily operations and personnel at both FBI Headquarters and Quantico

Oversee orientation and training for new staff members and ensure procedural compliance

Provide leadership and direction for all contracted team members

Qualifications :

Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance

5+ years of direct patient care experience required

2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia

BLS and ACLS certifications required
